Absolutely ugly

and very tiny for a high-building, that was annouced with such a fanfare.....every idiot of an architect could design such a mess!

Matt, not all buildings in Luanda have to be huge. Even in skyscrapercities like New York or Hong Kong you find also smaller building. Just because it is a smaller building doesn't mean that it doesn't deserve to be here..

Torre Maculusso dispõe de 16 andares acima do solo, e 5 pisos de estacionamento subterrâneo.
Sede do banco Bai.
O prédio tem 3 elevadores de alta velocidade, cada um elevador com capacidade para até 16 pessoas.
O piso superior será a casa de um Spa e Fitness Center.
Em caso de interrupções ou reduções do abastecimento de água ou de electricidade, o edifício é inteiramente auto-suficiente.
Cada andar tem seu próprio irá upscale independente VRF sistema de ar condicionado.

I actually like this building. Not everything in a city has to look flashy and all that, some buildings are just built for functionality, as long as its built in my opinion, then thats good, especially if it adds to Luanda's rapidly growing skyline.
