He said that there were many differences between the two buildings in Cambodia and Singapore.

I don't know what the policy is but I guess it might be something related to money.

I know they will do this same thing, build step by step from a mall, flat, then a 28floor downscale building and finish!! no copy cat of marina bay, because they will say they meet financial crisis.

I interpret those as those 1-2 bedroom apartments.

You need to expand your horizon. It seems New York City is your world. You used it as a base of comparison for almost everything relating to city. You need to travel and see the real world. You will realize that the world is bigger than you think.
