Grande pinta o complexo. Engraçado que o palacete abandonado na encosta até lhe parece dar alguma graça ao espaço, curiosamente. Ou pelo menos não destoa... Há planos para a sua recuperação? Hotel?

O palacete chama-se "Quinta da Graça" e pertence à FMH. Era a antiga biblioteca da faculdade em causa até ter ardido em 1993. Desconheço quaisquer planos para o imóvel em questão.

Alguns canais que aparecera são artificiais (excepto o dos peixes, que penso ser o rio jamor), com o proposito de fazer desportos aquaricos, principalmente remo. E esse edificio é onde está localizado o equipamento necessário para esses desportos.
