i love it, the building looks like a mountain. i cannot stress it enough, it has become one of my favorite designs, i hope this will start soon.

Looks like it is finally going into an actual prep stage. It's a little behind Chow Tai Fook Binhai but they should both finish around the same time I think.

any news on the surrounding towers? one looks like it also could be a supertall or get at least close to be one.

well 12m are missing, but considering this monster doesn't reach the height with a spire, it is indeed comparable to some megatalls. this is also one of my favorite proposed buildings right now, the design that is, i hope it will not change because it is simply a masterpiece.

it is quite funny that tianjin gets near megatalls without a spire though, it is like tianjin is being awesome and says, nah i can have some of the tallest buildings in the world without the need to spire cheat myself up into the megatall section. tianjin seems to get three 500m towers, but no megatall after all.

Yes, in size you can compare this one with ping an tower easily.
