This project is quite confusing tbh, because I already have like 3 different proposals for it, although on Solidere's website, it's represented by this render:




However, on Nabil Gholam's site (in the link above), this project looks different. Here's the renders:

Zippo, don't you think we should have a thread to the project.. its clearly under construction.. and i think the one getting built is Nabil Gholam's model... Solidere had it in the annual last year..

We had the same thing in South Florida. It was called Wannado City..It closed about 2 years ago..I believe it comes from Mexico.

Kinda a cool indoor theme park where kids learn about different professions and parents can track where there kids are.

As for the Hazmieh Village, I've seen it last year in DREAM 2011 exhibition. I'm almost sure it's U/C by now, but a visual confirmation is needed/welcomed.
