The parish church, built in the 16th century, was later reconstructed; the only remains of the original structure include an apse in the shape of a fort. The church features the Way of the Cross, a work by three painters from the 18th/19th century, as well as several paintings by the Venetian Baroque school.

Being the oldest settlement on the island, Škrip is one of the must-see destinations for every visitor to Brac.
The Museum of Brac is located in the old Radojkovic house; the nearby church of the Holy Ghost on the cemetery, the Cerineo/Cerinić family castle and the parochial church of St. Helen stand witness to the time when life, endangered by pirates, went on deeper in the island and away from the coast and when Škrip was one of the most important places on the island.
