Already bored with the feasibility studies. Better build this one strategically and run it professionally like Giant or Tesco. The smaller ones around Kuantan should be refurbished and rebranded into something like Mydin's MyMart.

Teluk Chempedak or known as TC among locally is the best tourist attraction in Malaysia. Many international fast food chain open theirs outlet there. But we hope that the enviromental of TC are still remain like before. TC are beautiful and nice to all.

“玻璃店屋”不符合藍圖‧一便利店接信停業

（彭亨‧關丹6日訊）關丹直落尖不辣海灘“玻璃店屋”其中一間24小時便利店接“關店信”後仍趕在10日（星期五）結束營業期限前做最後衝刺。

位於直落尖不辣海灘旁的2座2層式玻璃店屋極具現代化氣息，惟因不符合關丹市議會的批准藍圖，這2座建築物已於8月1日的市議會常月會議上被關丹市議會主席拿督朱基菲利勒令停工並拆除。

其中一建築物已停工

事隔一週，星洲日報記者今日再度前往當地查看，發現其中一座尚未完成的建築物雖然已沒有工人進行工程，但是另一座建築物的24小時便利店仍舊營業，與便利店毗鄰的果汁店則未有營業。

據瞭解，有關便利店早已於8月1日收到由關丹市議會所發出的信函，下令該店必須最遲於8月10（星期五）之前停止營業。

而有關便利店也將該信函張貼在店內顯眼處，以提醒顧客可能會在10日之後關店。

店員：期限前續營業

信函內容指出，市議會給予便利店7日期限結束營業，如果該店違反命令，將會受到市議會對付。

便利店店員說，該公司已就事件向市議會上訴，希望在10日來臨前獲得結果。

“所以在期限之前，我們會繼續營業。”

同時，有關店員指，隔壁的果汁店也照常營業。

“隔壁店鋪是因為齋戒月，所以在下午4時後才開店。”（星洲日報／東海岸）
