parang supertall nga.. pero hindi, parang lang.. my estimates around 250 - 270 meters.. mas maganda sana kung mas mataas kay PBCOM/gram...

sabi dun sa website ng architect, Tange Associates, firm ni world-famous Kenzo Tange, it's just 238.80 meters

ewan ko lang kung susundin. design was made in 2001, Kenzo died in 2005.

wala naman kasi talagang nasusunod sa plan kahit anung planning ang gawin natin, mayroon at mayroong discrepancy sa mga materials at sa designs ng mga structures.. sanay sanayan lang...

kasing height na ng Discovery Primea ung Pacific Plaza @ 150m ,27 floors to go na lang, sabihin natin mga 90-100m pa.

naglalaro ang height nya sa 240-250m

Latest photo of the Discovery Primea i took earlier today using my BB cam phone (poor quality pic)

As of today, it has already surpassed the height of the 150m Pacific Plaza. If my computation is right, it has 25-26 more floors to go before topping off.

As seen on the pic, there are more or less 25 floors that have not been cladded with yellow tiles w/c means the whole height of the uncladded portion is the same measurement (+-) to be built/added in order to top off.

For sure, once topped off, it will look a lot taller than its estimated 238meters height due to its lean building frame.

with all that hulking mass of concrete barewall running all throughout the middle of the tower out of sight, the tower looks better when viewed from its side.

Look at this pic! Once topped off, this building is indeed will look like a supertall! It will be much taller than gram from BGC view.

Yes there is and its none other than............... the Trump Tower Manila!

With its minuscule property size, it is expected that the Trump Tower will be much leaner than the Discovery Primea on all sides and angle.

Although the former is touted to reach 250 meters height (same as Gramercy) compared to the 238 meters perceived height of the latter, it is expected that the Discovery Primea will command a far better presence than the TRump in our skyline mainly because it stands really tall and proud and that all surrounding structures bow down to DPrimea as the mightiest structure in the area. But when the Trump is built, it will surely dilute the mighty presence of the Gramercy currently enjoyed at present.
