It turned out that they are encashing my cheque on a different SMDC condo account. They fixed this issue but imagine the hassle and emotional stress that they put me through.

their system sucks and majority nakaka experience. ano kaya ginagawa nila to fix this? i don't think na wala sila budget to hire more manpower para maayos nila to.

Exactly! Dito ko naman na-appreciate yung isang developer na kinunan ko rin. Napakadali mag transact sa kanila kahit nasa overseas. Besides may customer portal na anytime pwede ma check ang account. They dont send receipts pero pwede magrequest if you want a hard copy. At pag nag message ka thru their portal, within the day may sasagot sayo.
Hayzzz SMDC web based era na tayo, old school pa rin ang system nyo.

yup much better nga kung online mop pede i view yun receipt mo, parang online payroll lang na pede mo makita yun sinweldo mo kada payday. ibang companies nagagawa na yun pero si SMDC di pa ready sa ganun. pag siguro ginawa ng robinsons land or ng DMCI yun malamang saka nila gagawin un.

Hi to those who can check. Is it safe to say Light is not bothered at all with the flood?

Very very sad for those who are badly hit though
Praying for them

I'm a newbie here but i've been lurking this thread for quite a while. That area isn't bothered by floods and that's one reason why we chose SM Light; good location, no floods, and it's not as near to the faultline as the Ortigas area condos.

That is why we invest in condo projects such as light. It gives us peace of mind during typhoon calamities.

Hi Ron, our friend who lives near the Light area told us that there was no flood in the area during those heavy rains.

Keep safe everyone!

Pag condo naman, you just have to get used to the building sway during super typhoons. Last time i experience such was when i was in a high rise during typhoon Milenyo.

@ Kalansay - Oh dear! Buti at least ok lang kayo now. Yah, may SM sa baba -- na hindi binabaha ha, mind you. Kasi di ba binaha Save More ng Mezza?

@ slamm and ungaz - yup there can be that bit of motion. Nothing scary though. Depending on the building, you might not even notice it if you are busy and moving about.

Hi all! This recent floods again confirm for me Light is really a good choice. Flood free. With SM down the lifts. With MRT from Ayala, or QC and Ortigas wherever I may be coming from to get home safe in a calamity like this. Thank God for this blessing(s).

I pray those who have been badly affected though, recover soon enough.

Do you have photos of the property during heavy rainfall?

Not scary really. Unless you have a real serious case of motion sickness. When i encountered Milenyo, i was oblivious to what was going on outside until i felt some motion and i was even blaming my colleague for shaking the table.

My main worry with condos would really be earthquakes. Nice thing about Light, it's sitting on pretty solid ground from what i know and you're not too near the Marikina faultline.

Pwede na mag panic buying agad pag may kalamidad since there's a mall right below.
