Investors betting on the Philippines properties
Hi,
I will be collecting keys for a 21st level 2-bedroom unit on 24th August though there is an allocation of keys based on zone/phrase. I made a special request for the early collection because I made a full payment of the last 50% balance including taxes. The news is hit in the Straits Times (major Singapore newspapers) with loud wordings. It is for those investing on the Philippines properties. http://www.flickr.com/photos/56658082@N08/7724157944/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/56658082@N08/7738706138/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/56658082@N08/7738702822/ Last edited by neohs2005; August 8th, 2012 at 11:12 AM. |

Tama sila, para lang siyang clusters of condominium blocks. Parang hindi pinag-isipan ang design. Tama yung sabi ng isang post na sa ngayon hindi nagtatranslate ang affordability sa quality and style ng isang condo unit.

Hi Parkway Residences residents,
Are moving-in of furniture and electrical items and home renovation allowed in Parkway Residences Condo on weekends? I am planning to have these to be done over weekend during my stay. Pls advise. In Singapore, these are not allowed in condos. Thanks |

Btw, you can not start renovating or moving in without getting the keys of your unit first. Then you have to show them the scope of your renovation works. Major works require a 30,000 bond, while minor I think is 20,000 pesos. For deliveries, they have a form to fill-up first before you will be given a gate pass. All deliveries pass thru the Aurora gate. Hope this helps. |

[QUOTE=bluestar17;92518707]Thank you Ms. Trisha, 3 months na po ako nakikipag coordinate with megaworld, I'm sad to say that they are very inept and their customer service is mediocre at best. They did however told me that construction is on schedule and quoted me P242,000 for taxes and fees for 63 square meter 2 bedroom condo and a parking spot. However they also said that there is an 8 month grace period.
I will be very careful with them as they are known to not give enough notice for turnover as they can make money out of charging customers a 3% penalty fee. Their finance section is definitely more active than their accounts specialist. I am not in any shape way or form trying to discredit them but I am genuinely concerned about unit owners. I am talking from experience and of course I have read from other message boards. http://megaworld-corporation.pissedconsumer.com/ like this one. In UAgain thank you for your information, and I am still selling my unit and parking spot.[ y vu h/QUOTE] 6 Yes, iam a victim of megaworld also.... i had to pay d 3% penalty fee because true enough Megaworld don't inform or advise their clients of such penalty.... they rally suck! Nomore megaworld projects for me!!!!! |

Hi @Iyo, should be "perpetual ownership"... since this project is a joint venture agreement by and between the Araneta Group and Megaworld Corp. and the land is owned by the Araneta's, I believe this is perpetual ownership.

Parkway Tower 3
At an admin office at the 2nd level, I saw new owners collecting keys for the 8th level units.
I have viewed my unit and had to wait to collect keys. A 2-bedroom unit is bigger than expected. It is well-designed to accomodate bedrooms and toilets, a living room and balcony despite its rather small floor size. image hosted on flickr ![]() A photo was taken from the top level of Fernandina 88 Suites Hotel. image hosted on flickr ![]() Can view Gateway Mall and Araneta Coliseum partly. image hosted on flickr

Where is your unit location? Your right, we have exactly the same type of unit. Guys, how do we post pic again in here? Cam you share the link? I will post pics soon about improvements done in my unit, hopping to share inputs/ideas on how to go about it smoothly and more. |
