If you own an apartment in T4 then apparently you are one of the lucky ones.

Your tower should be finished first.

Think how long the rest of us will wait. Although personally I think sept. 2012 is impossible.

It is just a "smoke screen" story that the "nice" Philippine receptionist has been told to tell us "dumb" investors when we eventually get through to the Aqaar offices.

Our most trustful information comes from people on the ground like mt31261 who I'm sure will disagree with a Sept 2012 handover for T4!!!!!!!!

Aqaar are proving they dont respect any of us . A quarterly update on their web-site is the least they should do for us!!!!!!!

No1 is lucky bcoz the project is already 2.5 years late & what I will do with the apartment if other towers are not ready. Just I want to sell that apartment & get my money back.

Any Idea about T9 when will it be completed, I called Aqar a week before and they are saying end of 2012?

I pass this site 2 or 3 times a week - there is progress but very little - just enough to avoid being in default on their bonds I reckon.

End of 2012 is a blatant lie. Even T4 which is the most advanced building will not be completed this year!!!!!!

You need to be realistic with your asking price because for 1.15m dh you can pick up a 2 bed in Dubai Marina!

Yes, I am realistic bcoz you cannot find this spacious 2185 sq feet apartment in Dubai Marina, and don't forget it's fully furnished not any furniture it's a very luxury items A to Z.

I know UAE market well bcoz I grow up there.

You can't be serious. There are lots of 2 bedrooms for sale in this building starting at 525 000 AED. Your furniture can't be worth 600 000 AED?
