This building looks awful the cladding and structure does not suite the surrounding area.

saw this today.. not impressed, the ceramic cladding cannot help but look plastic and cheap, and the massing from some angles is extremely clumsy. A future all glass/steel and solar panel re-clad might make it look respectful...

Lol. When I was a student in Salford I shared a 2bed 15th floor 'apartment' with views across the city centre 24hr 'concierge', a cleaner twice a week, secure parking, ten minutes from Deansgate, fully furnished all inclusive... ... for just £40 per week. Them were the days...
