 For Europe, Warsaw skyline is 7.5/10 : Quite impressive for our continent. For the whole world : 5.5/10 My final impression : 7/10. This skyline could be denser, but Warsaw's skyline is really unique, because it's located in the heart of the city, and there is an old Skyscraper (Palace of culture) which gives a unique feeling. Of course I give this mark for now, but I know that in 2020 the Skyline will be really dense. That's why Warsaw is fascinating.

It has surely improved a lot within the last two decades and is now among Europes top 5 skylines (London, Paris, Frankfort, x). 20 years there was little else besides this Stalinistic monster. 8,5-9/10

Honestly, I didn't know Warsaw had a skyline. I would say, it is even one of the best in Europe, just needs more buildings to fill up some gaps.
