Another great set of pictures, RS_UK-PL.
 Regarding the city of Sanok, I came across an article in Gazeta Wyborcza yesterday that during archeological works being carried out in the city center the traces of medieval Church of St. Michael have been found, on top of 200 tombs dated from XV to XVIII century. That church is the place, where in 1417 Polish king Władysław Jagiełło got married with his 3rd wife, Elżbieta Granowska. It is said to be one of the most important archeological works in Poland at the moment. |

I would like to post here, few pictures of the most magnificent (in my opinion) Gothic Church in Poland - St. Virgin Mary Queen of the World’s Collegiate in Stargard (West Pomerania). Highest church ceiling in Poland - 32,5 m above the floor level.
