Amazing but it would be better without that much Kaputaş, Bosphorus and Cappadocia.

Thanks Manon. Sure, I would like to meet any Turkish forumer there.

I plan for Istanbul , then take overnight bus to Konya , then had to either Antalya or Alanya, proceed to Izmir then back to Istanbul. What do u think ?

I want to visit villages/ remote neighborhoods and if possible, want to stay with locals home outside Istanbul, I think that wud be great experience.

for 8 days, your itinerary seems ok but just a little bit tight if you can add 2-3 days more. Buses are comfortable for overnight travel. but not like in Malaysia , i have been in Kuala lumpur and the bus seat was nearly like a bed . visiting villages is really nice experience beside touristic places. i have been long time ago but Yalova has some beautiful villages and thermal spas and it is reachable by boat from istanbul. within the istanbul municipality there were some nice villages in around Şile.whatever you do and wherever you go i am sure you will enjoy your time in Turkey.

Thanks bro for info.

Actually these are what I want to see :

1) Living with rural/ local people in typical suburbs
2) Visit a vista point at high altitude with great scenery
3) Seeing flower gardens

I think Sile and Yalova will be great idea ! Not too commercialized and touristed- I want to be in such places

it is Beykoz area, not actually village anymore, since istanbul growing very fast, it is already in city center, if you go up along with Bosphorus towards to Blacksea region you will see so many beautiful waterfront mansions and old wooden houses. there is a very nice polish village (polonezkoy) near to beykoz and şile.i can recommend it to you go along with bosphorus coast towards to Blacksea. stop at Çengelkoy, Beykoz, and Yuşa tepesi.

Alanya looks awesome. It will be part of my trip.

I have booked flight from Istanbul to Adana , arriving Adana at 21:45 hrs , and I plan to take overnight bus to Alanya so that I can arrive in Alanya the next early morning ( thus, can enjoy Alanya from morning ) ... is bus survice available at such midnight hours ?
