Incheon 2014 Asian Games
The 2014 Asian Games will be held in Incheon from September 19 to October 4, 2014.

An athletes village will be built with several sports parks and a public golf course.
The Incheon International Airport is under a current expansion phase (the 2nd one) involving the construction of a 3rd 4,000-metre parallel runway and a 16.5 hectare satellite concourse. The third phase will start after the 2008 Olympic Games and end by 2014. It will include 2 additional satellite concourses, a southeast passenger terminal, and an expansion of the Intra Airport Transport to cover all passenger terminals and concourses. |

The Incheon Civil Stadium and the Incheon Baseball Stadium are being demolished for a development with three 200-metre towers and a rectangular football stadium.

This is the main stadium for the 2012 Asian Games:
 Looks like the Munhak Stadium will not be recieving the role of main ceremonies venue. This is a great stadium Populous designed here. Too bad the capacity is being reduced to 30,000 afterwards.
