Yes, the cladding is rising very fast! Unfortunately the smog is quite bad today and I can only see the shadow of the tower when I look out of the window, but if/when it clears up again, I'll get another update.

The smog's still here, but I can actually see the tower now so I got this photo.
The cladding still has quite a way to climb (although it has been progressing at a great pace!) From this angle, it looks like the cladding is close to reaching 200m (level with the top of the tower to the right of it - 'Fortune Heights', Phase 2 of the Fortune Plaza). image hosted on flickr  Beijing Fortune Tower 13 by Skyscraper Superman, on Flickr UPDATE: The tower has become invisible once again, as has the rest of the CBD - I can't see anything past those residential blocks in the foreground of my latest picture. Either it's incredibly heavy smog, or - more likely - the start of another big storm...

Ya I was there October 2011 and all the nice skyscrapers were obscured by smog most of time...hope it'll improve.

Those are the Riverside Baroque Palace apartments, there are four of them in total. They were built in 2008.
I really like them, they look good and they have that nice "castle" feel. Actually it's a pity they're not a bit taller, because they're nice buildings but they don't really stand out on the skyline unless you look at them from somewhere nearby.

Sorry for the lack of updates, I've been away visiting Chengde and various sections of the Great Wall. The cladding has progressed further and the crown at the top of the building was completed recently - I'll get an update tomorrow morning!
