the top spire has an orange lighting at night. Same orange as on the princess tower facade ... I wonder why orange ...
Also I walked by the entrance of the residence and it looks really "sad" with dark marble everywhere. evidently the hall is still empty but it doesn't give you the "elite" feel at all. Torch/Princess/Crown/Reve really looks a lot more VIP! Here I just felt like a lonely P :-)

lobby. there will be more stuff, plants and indirect light on the ceiling.
 lift lobby. lift have elite residence logo in the floor marble, which is a nice detail.  there are two identical indoor pools. one outdoors. the first one....  and the second pool...      llok at the circular window there. the thickness of the load bearing wall in comparison to the flat screen TV. this is not a small TV by the way. you can put your sleeping bag into the whole in the wall.

with princess + elite opening I reckon 75 k might be hard to hold up. Some owners will be tempted to snatch tenants by lowering the rent to 60-65.

the first couple of months maybe. After a few months rents will go up considerably. Same happened in the Torch.

There is no shortage of apartments, i dont see the rents going up anytime soon in my opinion

^the same was true during the opening of the torch. Ocean heights and sulafa opened in close proximity, mag218 not long before (pinnacle I don't even count). but rents picked up very quickly. this area is getting very popular, believe it or not. I'm just observing. |
