Tama ka diyan. Most of the megadike is within San Fernando's territory. Maybe instead of focusing too much on McArthur Hi-way, pde rin pagtuunan ang eastern side ng Megadike (yung western side kasi ay prone to lahar, kaya di siguro puwede idevelop).

Megadike is literally like a fence that separates most of Bacolor from San Fernando.

Oo. Pero I'm not sure kung iyong Bacolor town proper mismo, o yung Xevera Bacolor at Trinidad Village lang

Most Angeleno kids, pag sinabi mo ang Friendship, ang naiisip lang nila ay yung KoreaTown. They speak of Friendship like it's a barangay or something.

Which brings me to my proposal back then: Angeles should bring more development along Friendship Hiway. But then, ongoing na siguro ito, kasi ipapa-declare nang National Road ng Regional Development Council ang Friendship Hiway, at iwa-widen din siya.

Thanks to the Koreans, nagkakaroon ng development sa Friendship Hiway sa may Anunas at Cuayan... andyan din ang Grand Palazzo Royale at Sunset Village... at mukhang lilipat na ang Angeles Electric din along Friendship?

so I was checking out past Angeles ordinances and resolutions and I came across this:

RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS TO CEASE AND DESIST FROM INSTALLING THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS ALONG M.A. ROXAS AVENUE, AND 1ST STREET BALIBAGO ANGELES CITY.

Resolved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Angeles in session assembled that a resolution requesting the Department of Public Works and Highways to cease and desist from installing the traffic lights along M.A. Roxas Avenue and 1st Street, Balibago Angeles City be, as it is hereby, approved.

So my question is: why did they not want traffic lights here?

tama,western side can be devoted to agricultural means. punongkahoy dapat ang ipriority sa western side dahil resistant to floods and can serve as first line of defense ng dike para hindi agad masira.

Because most Angelenos with the exception of residents of that area, don't usually go there, they don't even pass there

i think mas may taste ang Robinson's Land when it comes to Landscaping kesa sa SM though may sky garden ang SM pero halos lahat ng nakikita kong SM malls e only little to no green spaces at all. This picture shows the al fresco area of the Starmills.

i agree with the topic way back here. SM Pampanga should have its unique identity among all the "boxy" SM malls.MOA has The Globe and skating rink,North Edsa has the sky garden and skydome,mega mall has atrium.i guess an observation tower is fine???-with panoramic restaurant or bunjee jumping thingy.what about indoor jungle or indoor fountain or a giant LED in the floor?hahaha #asaPaAko #daydreamer

SM Clark used to have the Meeting Place with regular live bands, but it's now lost due to the expansion. I wonder if the new SM Clark will still retain the Live band thing?

so pumunta akong macabebe kanina... took me 3 hrs from Angeles to reach Macabebe!

May parts pa rin pala ng San Fernando ang nakalubog sa baha, mga about one foot... bandang Gen. Hizon extension ata yun. Tapos amoy mo pa na kakahupa lang ng baha sa ibang parts, like sa Ponduan.

Santo Tomas, San Simon, Apalit, may mga certain parts ng McArthur Hiway ang matubig pa rin... Pero sa Masantol at Macabebe, talagang malalim pa. Sa ibang parts ng Macabebe kanina, hanggang singit pa yung baha sa pinuntahan ko (at oo lumusong ako sa baha). Hightide din kasi kaya siguro mataas ang tubig.

I cant help but think, is there no longterm solution for this?

PS: Ang aliwalas sa paningin ng plaza ng Poblacion, Macabebe. Gusto ko siya Para talagang town center

di talaga marunong magtago si jake.mallari no wonder spiderwebb is always hostile toward me.

anyway, may nakita akong excavations sa Henson St. sa Angeles. certainly, the government is doing something about the recurrent flooding in the area. well, at least we see where our taxes go. it's good that EdPam does a lot of things to make Angeles flood-free. Is the traffic re-routing in NLEX Angeles also due to flood control measures in Pulung Maragul? Di pa kasi ako nakapunta doon lately
