Eh i know its a comparison of twins, but to the people saying wtc is ugly, its a little unfair to compare 70's design schemes to 90's.

petronas symbol for authentic architecture, wtc symbol of power and brutalism architecture..so petronas get my vote..its so beautiful and grace

Petronas by a long shot. The WTC towers were just so overwhelmingly ugly.

I guess you'd have to appreciate minimalism to like these towers, the gothic inspired entrance windows to the seemingly never ending facades which reflected light in different ways, these towers were the epitome of elegance and beauty, a mix of classic architecture with modern design. The fact that there were two of them just made it all more awe inspiring.
Besides the symmetry of the complex and the way the towers were placed by one another gave the complex a much interesting perspective from a skyline point.

Petronas Towers for me. The crown-like structure just looks so beautiful compared to WTC.

im voting petronas twin tower,it was build in 19century of course it was better in term of design and building technology..wtc is a nice building too but not up to klcc standard,it may have name,history,grandeur,achievement but obviously not as beauty and elegant as ptt..ptt hve lot of details and it was a really compleks building in term of the shape it self

I would have to say Petronas. I have been to see them, and I was actually a bit underwhelmed for some reason, but they still look better than the Twin Towers. I like the Twin Towers too, they are certainly very iconic.

This quite frankly. The WTC towers were literally perfect in geometry and symmetry. The gothic inspired entrance of the towers was beautiful too, it all blended perfectly.
