Good video for a change, some of the real estate videos leave me with motion sickness they're so bad.

The apartment is small, the living/dining area only has room for a sofa. No chance of squeezing in a dining table or any armchairs. Bedroom is also quite small.

Many years ago I made the comment that you can not have luxury if you do not have the space. The apartment is nice but this is not luxury living.

Handover Appointment

But its side marina view and certainly not 50mtrs to beach !
more like 150mtrs (you could lose 2kg in the heat walking that far ! )

Nice APT though - if mine had been on time and on quality I
would have took by now

TB you know SELECT aren't my favourite conmpnay BUT Dubai Properties could in trouble with this one too ? I dont think JBR has gyms still ?

Or beach clubs. And a big Stooshie is brewing in the community over the start of the new beach retail development. BC residents should be up in arms about it too as it puts them 50m further away from the beach

Thanks, can I use this license to say that Dorrabay is on the beach? If I am bathing in the water the only thing between me and the front door is sand with no roads to cross

Anyone in BC able to get a long lens and take pictures of the work going on inside the East Tower? Want to know if they are actually fitting out the lower floors(5 star hotel zone) with kitchens, bathrooms etc. Would also be interesting to know what is happening on the floors above and if the same tiles etc are being used on the walls.

If you know someone who is interested in renting a 2 bedroom apt in Bay Central West tower, higher floors, marina/seaview,it would be appreciated if you let me know.
