ولاية الخرطوم : التوقيع على عقد مشروع الترام مع جسريين جديدين على النيل

بدأت ولاية الخرطوم اليوم خطوات تنفيذ مشروع الترام بالتوقيع مع مجموعة سوشلر بلان الألمانية على القيام بالتصميم الأساسي لمشروع الترام متضمناً الخطوط وجسرين جديدين على النيلين الازرق والأبيض وذلك بناء على الدراسة التى جرت خلال الـ 4 سنوات الماضية والتى حددت المسارات التى يمر بها الترام فى مرحلته الأولى بطول 33 كلم تربط بين المدن الثلاث (الخرطوم ـ بحرى ـ ام درمان .
وحضر مراسم التوقيع د. عبدالرحمن الخضر والي الخرطوم ووزراء البنى التحتية والمالية والتخطيط العمراني بالولاية بجانب وفد المجموعة الألمانية .
وأوضح المهندس/ أحمد قاسم وزير المياه والبنى التحتية ان تكلفة عقد التصميم تبلغ 1.4 مليون يورو وسيتم انجازه خلال عشرين شهراً .
وقال أن المشروع سيحدث نقلة كبيرة فى خطة الولاية بادخال سعات النقل الكبيرة ومعالجة الاختناقات المرورية .
والي الخرطوم قال أن هذا التوقيع يأتي كواحد من ثمار زيارة وفد الولاية لالمانيا فى الاسبوع الماضي .
وقال الوالي ان مجموعة سوشلر الألمانية تتمتع بخبرة وسمعة عالمية وتعمل الآن كإستشاري لمطار برلين الدولي كأكبر مطار فى أوربا وعملت فى الخرطوم كإستشاري فى جسور المك نمر والحلفايا معلناً ان الشركة وافقت على الاستمرار مع الولاية فى مرحلة تنفيذ الترام والبحث مع الولاية عن مقاول مقتدر لتنفيذ المشروع .
وأعلن ان الولاية تلقت عروضا من عدد من بيوت التمويل و تنتظر الآن إكمال التصميم .

Guys i don't think a tram is actually a good idea for a city like Khartoum. btw i don't know where people and wikipedia get this from but the population of khartoum is faaaaaaaaar less than 8 milion XD

does khartoum look that populated to you? khartoum is more like 5 or 4.5 milion ect....

for a dusty city like khartoum, a tram will easily get dirty due to sand ect and it will give the city only a bad look. if we want a tram then we must first fully develop the city. currently the city is developing, but i believe we must wait another 7 years and then think about getting a tramline online.

Metro's require much electricity , we need much more dams on the nile to consider having a tram. or more solar energy or any type which provides electricity.


today the only rail line transport that we must focus on are the trains, we must connect all the major cities in the country with trains. it will improve the economy rapidly,make traveling easier marks a major development in the nation.

During his visit to Germany Dr.Abdelrahman Alkhidir the governor of Khartoum State concluded a fruitful negotiation with Schüssler Plan Consultancy in Berlin to start a feasibility study and design for Tram transportation system in Khartoum. The two parties have signed an initial preliminary contract to launch the process. The project is expected to start soon with participation of other international partners to facilitate finance and implementation. Madame Liyla Omer minister of finance signed on behalf of Khartoum state with the presence of Mr.Khalid Musa the Deputy Chief of Mission in Berlin.

Tramline in khartoum? seriously, just a waste of money and electricity! improving transportation in khartoum means improving taxis , buses ect..... this is not the time for a tram! as i explained before, Khartoum is not yet ready for it! they will easily get dirty of sand! improve walking paths , streets , transportation. built more dams , create solar and wind electricity sudan has great capabilities for these! then come up with an idea of a useless tram XD

Pardon me northern Sudanese you can’t simply reject the Khartoum tram line project by saying it will get dirty because of the sand (ok hire some workers to clean every day) secondly I think Khartoum town officials done a study by a respected consultant group for the project and I don’t think the issue of electricity cost and availability passed on them when they did the visibility study

Khartoum tram will be electrically powered producing virtually no on-street pollution, whereas most buses use diesel engines that produce emissions. Capacity is also an issue –individual trams can carry up to 350 people, compared to about 60 in a bus.

That is why an efficient, reliable and attractive tram network is a sound investment for Khartoum future success.

just pray for god that this project get go smoothly and it will change the city face with the others project which going on like the ring road, Nile street expansion, Omdurman Nile street, Khartoum north sewage system with Aldpasin bridge, Sopa bridge and Tuti -Bahari bridge, the other planned projects like Mcnimer flyover, Wadalbashir flyover and Alttabia flyover. and the increasing of water productions and its network plus the increases of buses by Khartoum transportation company and the ongoing number of modern residential complexes all of these vital infrastructure is the biggest in Khartoum history .
just we pray to god to give our country the stability and peace and keeps our enemies away from our internal affairs and our wise people the strength to fight there false propaganda.

بحث المشير عمر البشير رئيس الجمهورية مع وفد مجموعة شركات إبراهيم عبد العال الإستثمارية البحرينية، بحث آفاق التعاون ومجالات الإستثمار المتاحة في السودان، بحضور دكتور مصطفى عثمان إسماعيل الوزير بالمجلس الأعلى للإستثمار.
وأكد الرئيس البشير للمجموعة أن مناخ الإستثمار في السودان واعد، ووجه الجهات المعنية للتعامل مع المستثمرين بالسرعة والجدية المطلوبة وتذليل العقبات أمام استثماراتهم.
وأشار دكتور مصطفى في تصريحات صحفية عقب اللقاء، إلى أن المجموعة البحرينية ستركز في عملها على تطوير السكة حديد، وقال انه تم إعداد برامج متكاملة للمشروعات في المجالات الخدمية والإستراتيجية.
من جانبه أكد الأستاذ إبراهيم عبد العال رئيس المجموعة أنهم سيعملون في مجالات بناء البنى التحتية للطاقة الشمسية والقطارات وترام الخرطوم، وأضاف عبد العال أنهم سيكونوا جاهزين خلال ثلاثة أشهر لتمويل وتنفيذ كل المشروعات.

Yes but most roads in Khartoum are small, please tell me which roads in khartoum are suitable for trams? the tiny roads to make them even more tiny or on Afriqiyah street to make the big road smaller?

its a waste of electricity, many cities in the world don't have trams because they are not needed, Khartoum is one of them. the only transport ''inside'' khartoum that they must focus more on are the buses , mini buses and taxis. for e.g taxis, in the last 5 years taxi services have been improved, i believe that taxi drivers must be given the opportunity to give away their old cars and be given some new to attract more customers. same with buses, the state started using new buses which is great but the bus stops also need to be improved.

keep in mind that we used to have trams in khartoum a few decades ago, we didn't stop using them for no reason

صادق مجلس وزراء ولاية الخرطوم فى إجتماعه اليوم برئاسة د. عبدالرحمن الخضر والي ولاية الخرطوم على الخطوات التى قام بها الوالي والوفد المرافق له خلال زيارتهم للنمسا لتوريد وحدات ترام تعمل فى مجال النقل بولاية الخرطوم وتدريب الكوادر السودانية هندسياً وإدارياً.
وقرر المجلس تكوين لجنة وزارية لمتابعة توريد الترام مع الجانب النمساوي ولجنة أخرى لمتابعة تمويل وتوريد بصات لشركة مواصلات من جمهورية مصر العربية بعد الاطمئنان على المواصفات النهائية.

ووصف الوالي زيارة وفد الولاية للقاهرة بانها كانت ناجحة خاصة اللقاءات التى تمت مع مجموعة البنك الاهلي المصري الذي يرغب فى الإستثمار الزراعي والحيواني فى مساحة مائة ألف فدان ، كما اكد البنك الاهلي رغبته فى إنشاء مستشفى تخصصي فى الخرطوم بجانب التطوير العقاري وتبادل الزيارات بين رجال الاعمال .

هذا وكان والي الخرطوم والوفد المرافق له قد زار اليونان وإلتقى عمدة مدينة جزيرة كريت حيث وافقت المقاطعة على تبادل برنامج عمل تنفيذي مع ولاية الخرطوم والشروع فى تنفيذه فوراً ، كما إتفق الوالي مع كبريات الشركات اليونانية العاملة فى مجال البيوت المحمية على إنشاء مصنع بالخرطوم للبيوت المحمية وتركيب عدد مائة بيت محمي لصالح مشروع تشغيل الخريجين كما بحث مع الشركة اليونانية بابا ذاكيس للإنشاءات خطوات تنفيذ مدينة بوابة أفريقيا غرب ام درمان .

وعلى هامش مؤتمر السودان فى النمسا وجه والي الخرطوم الدعوة لشركة انكون الشيكية لزيارة الخرطوم للتفاوض حول تصنيع وتمويل الترام فيما قدم مستشار رئيس الوزراء السلوفاكي الدعوة لوالي الخرطوم لزيارة سلوفاكيا للتباحث حول مشروعات زراعة وإنتاج الطاقة من الجاتروفا والتصنيع الزراعي .

Khartoum State Ratifies Steps of Importing Tram Units from Austria

Khartoum - Khartoum state's council of ministers has approved, in a meeting chaired Sunday by the Governor Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Khidir, the steps taken by Dr. Al-Khidir. Dr. Al-Khidir, with an accompanying delegation, had visited Austria to discuss importing tram units and having Sudanese trained in engineering and administration.
The council decided to form a ministerial committee to follow up the supply of trams from Austria and another committee to follow up the financing and supply of buses for Khartoum Transport Company from Egypt after checking final specifications.
Dr. Al-Khidir said the Khartoum state delegation’s visit to Cairo was successful; particularly meetings with the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) which desire to invest in agriculture and livestock, on a 100,000 acre area.
NBE also mentioned its desire to establish a specialist hospital in Khartoum, develop real estate and promote exchange visits between businessmen.
The governor of Khartoum state and the accompanying delegation visited Greece and met the mayor of Crete Island; Greece agreed to introduce an executive work program with Khartoum state and to establish it immediately.
Dr. Al-Khidir has signed agreements with major Greek greenhouse companies to build a greenhouse factory in Khartoum and install 100 greenhouses for the project of graduates' employment. He also met with a Greek company to discuss construction of the City of Africa Gate at western Omdurman.

أكد مجلس وزراء حكومة الخرطوم في اجتماعه برئاسة والي الخرطومأن نتائج زيارة وفد الولاية لكل من النمسا وسلوفاكيا والتشيك وأسبانيا ستساهم بصورة كبيرة لحلحلة القضايا داخلياً وخارجياً لإيجاد حلول ناجعة لها خاصة في مجالات النقل والمواصلات وتطوير خدمات الطرق والجسور وتنظيم المرور وخدمات المياه والصرف الصحي والطاقات المتجردة والبديلة.
وكشف الوالي عن موافقة اتحاد الصناعات والأعمال التشيكي عبر 25 شركة على زيارة الخرطوم للعمل في مجال الترام وطلمبات المياه ومعدات المستشفيات والاستشارات بجانب التوقيع على اتفاقية تعاون مع عمدة براغ، حيث أكد نائب وزير الخارجية التشيكي على حث بنك التصدير التشيكي لتمويل مشروعات ومنتجات تشيكية لولاية الخرطوم والشركات التشيكية للعمل بالخرطوم،

وتلقت الولاية عرضاً تشيكياً لتشييد محطة صرف صحي بالخرطوم بسعة 40 ألف متر مكعب في اليوم، بجانب البحث مع مستشار رئيس الوزراء للشؤون الخارجية لتطوير مواصلات ولاية الخرطوم والتأكد على تقديم الخبرات والتقنيات في المجالات المشار إليها بجانب توقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع منظمة الطوارئ المركزية لتدريب كوادر سودانية في مجال التدخل السريع في حالات الطوارئ وتوقيع اتفاقية توأمة للتعاقد في مجالات المواصلات والمرور وجمع ومعالجة النفايات الصلبة والصرف الصحي والمياه،

ووافقت الغرفة التجارية النمساوية العربية على تقديم خدمات فنية لوزارة التخطيط في مجالات التخطيط وهندسة الطرق وأساسات الكباري إضافة إلى الاتفاق مع عمدة بلدية فيّنا على التعاون في مجال المرور والصرف الصحي والمياه ومعدات النظافة، إضافة للاتفاق مع مجموعة أخوان اسيانوس بأسبانيا لإقامة مزرعة نموذجية غرب أم درمان لإدخال أحدث التقنيات.

وثمن المجلس الهدية المقدمة من بلدية أنقرا لولاية الخرطوم وهي عبارة عن مخبز بمواصفات عالية كنموذج لتطوير صناعة الخبز وتوريد رافعات من تركيا لتركيب وصيانة لمبات إضاءة الشوارع .

كما وقعت مذكرة تفاهم مع الجانب التركي لانشاء مصنع لانتاج مواد البناء قليلة التكلفة فيما وقعت وزارة التنمية البشرية بروتوكول تعاون مع تركيا لتدريب كوادر الولاية فى تركيا حسب الاحتياجات التدريبية التى ستحددها الولاية .

كذلك وجه المجلس الاجهزة المختصة بالولاية بدراسة العرض التركي بتوفير الترام للولاية لاستخدامه فى وسائل النقل ليصبح واحد من بين العروض العديدة التى تلقتها الولاية لتتم المفاضلة بينها .

كما وجه المجلس إستكمال خطوات توقيع اتفاقيات التوأمة مع ولايتين تركيتين توظف فى الاساس لنقل الخبرات والتجارب التركية .
