because i am not currently based in puerto princesa, i could not post pictures here as often as i would have wanted. but i could do some updates.

Soon to open in puerto princesa:

(first in Palawan) Mcdonals along Rizal Ave, PPC
(first in Palawan) Puregold, along Nat'l Hway, San Pedro, PPC.

^ and btw, when i say soon, it means real soon, as in the structure is already being built.

while SM already bought land in the city and the land is already cleared, we all know that SM won't be building any structure there soon (not in atleast 2-3 years, based on press releases of SM)

Our tour guide and service driver pointed out where the SM property is located...grabe...it would create a stiff competition with Robinsons since they are located along the same stretch or road

^ same stretch of road? ang pagkakaalam ko, the SM's property is located downtown, which is a bit far from where Robinsons is. i estimate that they'll be around three kilometers apart and both are not located in the same stretch of road. unless my info where the SM will be is wrong...

would you know what area/barangay did your tour guide pointed at?

he pointed out on a vast stretch vacant land with acacia trees a few kilometers between Robinsons and that junction where the soil is red with Mango plantations. I'm not sure what barangay is that
