I think Azerbaijan Tower isn't an interesting project, because it means be a project aimed only for to be the higher building in the world, and it isn't a beauty building, and it's really too slender top

i am still waiting for a real design, before we can take this tower real serious
 but then again this tower is in early stages, if it gets buid than we will not see any ground works before 2016 anyways

I would rather see this as a mere fantasy than reality on ground. If there are evidences this building will be constructed in Baku in our time as a fact,I would say they are pipe-dreams.

If the actual islands are under construction, doesn't that show that these developers are serious? I'm not sure if they'll build a kilometer sized mega-tall but still I believe that there will be some sort of 400m+ tower at this site

it's a big difference between a 400m+ tower or a tower over 1000m.
