I'm planning to invest na lang din to other projects basta kailangan ko is quezon city then ayusin ko na lang ang accounts ko sa san jose. I'll try to call their office as soon as I get back. May massuggest b kyong other projects?qc or makati would do. pls email me asap, nsa vacation lang ako now and I'll be back by august 5. my email is daisyr2005@gmail.com thanks!

about other projects madami dito sa skyscrapercity.com itype mo lang sa search quezon city at madami ng lalabas sa thread ng mga projects..wala akong idea kung sang quezon city pero para sa akin(opinyon ko lang ito) eh mukang panalo yung ginagawang ayala land condo sa likod ng trinoma research mo rin ung filinvest sa tabi ng mrt north edsa..wag kang kukuha sa smdc at ETON...sa ayala at filinvest may kamahalan nga lang ang mga ito..research na lang po ku dito

honest tong si mhacman move in kagad kung nabili dika na mag aantay di tulad sa mga iba pre selling at least yung ke mhacman gawa na..commision ko ha 50% hehe

Four Towers with 40-ish floors to be turned over by the end of 2014? Without any signs of constructions yet?

I highly doubt this. late 2015 or early 2016 for me.

But if they can still deliver, sila na.

Ilang floors po yung parking slots niya sa ibaba? 4 or 5? Meron kasi kaming 2 sasakyan, paano po yun, puwede po bang kumuha ng unit na may dalawang parking slots?

Any updates dito sa victoria station 2? will they deliver by 2015? What could be the wise decision? I'm paying monthly for my DP.

it's a 5 flr basement yung parking, last time I heard it will be a double decker means you can park 2 cars in one slot....for now, I'm not giving attention in my unit until i see some changes in the construction...i also heard that full blast construction will occurs by end quarter of this year...will see...I got pics last month but no improvement much which they mention they focus their construction in one of their project which be completed soon. Hi,

We are also paying monthly for the down payment. My sister and I got one unit each. We have been paying for 18 months now but do not see any progress on the construction. My mom contacted our sales agent and assured us that the turn over date remains unchanged --which is by the last quarter of 2014--. Representatives from Victoria Station II said that it is the foundation that takes the longest time to build, although I have great doubts on this because I always ride the MRT and see no progress or workers in the construction site.

I have decided to wait until the end of the year to see if there will be any progress and if not, I will definitely request for a refund.

Sayang lang talaga, ang ganda kasi ng amenities ng Victoria Station II. I really hope they make do kasi they will be losing a lot of clients.

If anyone has any updates on this project please post here.

I have not gone asking details yet about the refund. One agent said pwede ma refund. But just last week, my mom asked about the progress of Victoria Station 2 sa SM (since madami pa ding agents dun na nag-aalok) --pero sabi nung Victoria Station sales agent sa SM hindi daw pwede ma refund. I really am having doubts on this... Guys, if you have any updates, info, please do post here.

Hello, just hope and trust that they're really going to deliver on time na lang guys. Bumili pinsan ko sa Victoria de Makati, and I'm having doubts for her investment rin. Doubts and speculations pa lang naman po kasi napapagusapan dito. When it comes to reservation and downpayments, di po talaga yan refundable. Kung baback out kayo, forfeit talaga mangyayari niyan as the developer has not made any mistakes on their part, not yet, and early to say so. What if madeliver nga naman nila by the end of 2014 ba yun? Yung sabi nila sa inyo? Mahirap at mahabang panahon po ang labanan niyan sa korte. If they don't finish by their said turnover, they still have a grace period(6 months? i think it will depend) to satisfy their investors. Kung wala pa rin, then and there pa kayo pwede makapag ask for full refund as the developer has made a mistake na(and maybe damages as well?) or sabihin natin Nov 2014 na, and lupa/foundation pa lang yung project, clearly di na talaga yun kaya matapos sa turnover, you have a good case for a full refund na by then. pa advice kayo on your good and trusted lawyer about that.

It's your decision po, 3 options, keep going and see it through, OR stop payments and go to court if they don't give you your refund(extra gastos, and di pa sigurado kung manananalo), OR just forfeit para di na kayo gagastos pa kasi nawalan na kayo ng tiwala sa developer to deliver.

Advice ko lang is to keep going na lang, nagustuhan niyo naman po yung project, for sure it will be worth the wait, di po ba? Somehow, win win naman kayo if ipapagpatuloy niyo. If di na kaya ng patience niyo, and tapos na ang turnover date plus the grace period, then you get the refund, ket papano bawi pa binayad niyo. If natapos nila and you're still paying, then you get the condo unit that you are yearning for the most through the years, win.
