Puno tiene un enorme potencial turistico, pero a la vez un GRAVISIMO, MUY MUY GRAVE problema con el tarrajeo...

aunque las zonas con colores estan aumentando
todavia se aprecia en las fotos sectores sin pintura...

pero lo bueno es que puno esta cambiando
mejorando para bien
