This is probably the most significant office tower to go up in Ortigas since One Corporate, and it is clearly active and underconstruction. The mods better not let this thread *disappear*!

Yeah, it shall not disappear. This tower with my computation will rise at least 132m and it adds the existing skyline as it rises.

Ok, matagal kasi akong di nakadaan sa site pero noon pa may nakapaskil ng perspective na maliit sa site pero di ko rin kasi nakuhanan ng picture noon. Ngayon malaki na ang nakapaskil at kita na kahit malayo. Kamukha rin nya yung Alpha tower.

i'm just glad it's an office building. just want to see the ratio of residential to office spaces be more even. imo, the more office spaces, the more potential for those workers to buy or lease condo units in OBD. dont want to see a surplus of residential units in the future.

same here. at the very least, ortigas doesn't seem lopsided in terms of ratio of residential to commercial, retail establishment.
