nice building + the Delta in westlands is just behind this building so things are looking good in that area

Passed by there on Sunday and i must say the building looks stunning and imposing. All that is needed on that street is a bit of tidying up

Average to me. I think a shot from a distance would capture it better.

I agree with you, but have you been on Woodvale groove lately? there is no space or distance for a nice shot.
