Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard celebrates sales gallery opening and over 35% of units sold already

Magnolia Finest Corporation celebrated the opening of its sales gallery on Ratchadamri Road by offering special promotions and discounts to customers from 16 to 19 August. In partnership with Kasikorn Bank, Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard is offering special mortgage loans to Thai customers. Buyers are also able to use any credit card to finance up to 1 million Baht of their condo purchase at Rachadamri’s new landmark property.

Thanawan Chaiwatana, Managing Director, Magnolia Finest Corporation, said, “Following the grand launch of the Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard project, we’ve enjoyed over 35% sales already, which represents a superb response from customers. It demonstrates that there is real enthusiasm for this project, and that a high number of buyers are wishing to live at this, the city’s most sought-after address. Most customers so far have been business investors or Thai independent investors who would like to buy a unit for living in and also for investing in the future. Unit types sold so far have been mainly 1 and 2 bedroom units, which start from 170,000 baht per sqm, or 8.5 million Baht per unit.”

Yes, you are right! Gensler (and Jordan Goldtstein) has nothing to do with this design of Magnolias Ratchdamri Boulevard. We used them at the very beginning of design process and end their service within few months due to their design deliverable did not meet requirement aesthetically and architecturally.

We only use Gensler in VTR in hoping to connect with potential international buyer (not sure buyer will know Gensler). Yes, He talked a lot that all he do best.

Designer (Design Architect) is a special group of Thai Architect consisting of an design consultant + diDesigns (in-house Architect of DTGO/ Magnolias) + JPA (Hotel Consultant).

The Beaumont Partnership is Executive Architect (Architect of Record) to do Building Permit & Construction Documents with Group of Designers above.

Over 35% sold already!!!??? If that is indeed true, then good for them, given the facts that;

1. Construction hasn't started.
2. It's only 30 years lease.

Wonder what it cost to reserve a unit? 50,000? 100,000? or 500,000?
