Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard celebrates sales gallery opening and over 35% of units sold already

Yes, you are right! Gensler (and Jordan Goldtstein) has nothing to do with this design of Magnolias Ratchdamri Boulevard. We used them at the very beginning of design process and end their service within few months due to their design deliverable did not meet requirement aesthetically and architecturally. We only use Gensler in VTR in hoping to connect with potential international buyer (not sure buyer will know Gensler). Yes, He talked a lot that all he do best. |

Over 35% sold already!!!??? If that is indeed true, then good for them, given the facts that;
1. Construction hasn't started. 2. It's only 30 years lease. Wonder what it cost to reserve a unit? 50,000? 100,000? or 500,000? |
