How do i get my commercial demand up?

Hello, I was wondering if you could help me with a problem I encountered in Sim City 4. My co$$$, cs$$, and cs$$$ have gone down. I was wondering if you could give me some advice to get them back up? Anything but cheating please!

-thank you!

P.S. I have already tried building more residential but that doesn't help so much

i try to lower the taxes, build the landmark to up the land value or try to connect my city to other region.
and also i try to keep the traffic and pollution low too.

if your commercial still gone down, maybe there is problem with your application, try to re-install your game (but first save your Bats and cities@ my doc).

maybe u can show your region and city first, so we can see "whats wrong" with your city.

Try building parks in your commercial districts and plant trees.
