The average spending of the United Arab Emirates by people on cell phones are also among the highest in the world, standing at Dh148 per month, figures showed by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA)

Use google translate (as long as it is text and not a picture), gives you this gibberish.

Just a pathetic attention seeker that the moderators are too lazy to do anything about.

Best just ignored so he can go back to silently seething like he was in the few days it took anyone to mention the sudden change to posting in Arabic.

I've finalized the deal in Lake-Shore (Y2), 1BHK.

Thank you all for your recommendations and valued information. Some of it was really counted in decision making. Thanks a bunch. Cheers!

We need to update all the title deeds with the allocations, which we will start doing soon within the new budget. Then we will inform everyone in good time for the barrier activation. Plus we need to get rid of a few abandoned cars

until then its free for all..

I heard it takes 3-6 months to get rid of them, so OAs should start now really.. most of ours are in the DMCC area though so they need to handle it

How it is planned to get rid of abandoned cars. Will they go to RTA auction?

Its good for the community , less traffic and less overcrowded apartments
I completely agree. Though I am not sure but I think Lake City tower as usual has some parking problems or maybe its just poor management by them as usual.

Those in JLT would anyways get parking. I think affected would be those in JLT who are not paying service charges but still renting at market rate . They may have to find a tenant without car or reduce rent without a parking space. I think these default owners are making the most noise as well. Apart from obvious affected ones in JLT , many towers in Dubai Marina would also get a hit. Earlier my friend stayed for few months at horizon tower. The 3 bed and living was shared by 5 people and they used to park cars in JLT across the metro bridge ... With no available parking in marina and jlt fun over , gone are sharing apts in horizon

You need to make a police report and then they try to contact the owner and issue warnings before they eventually take them away to wherever it is they end up.

This is an Arabic-to-English online E-Translation (please forgive the aberrations) of an article in Al-Bayan newspaper September 2nd:

“Their efforts led to a reduction in service charges from 14 last year to 11.5 AED dirhams in 2012.
RERA adopts new services charges scheme for 541 projects and 17 areas in Dubai and grants registration for 291 OA’s
02 September 2012”

RERA, the regulatory arm of the Department of lands and property Dubai adopting for the first time service charges 17 of the Principality. Those areas include project real estate are all 541 subject to approval institution concerning the determination of charges for services. At a time when the organization record 291 completed the Assembly of owners until the end of August. The Foundation also found success in regulating adoption fees per square foot for the average currently AED 11.5 compared to more than EUR 14 last year. And as long as the value of those charges concern differences between property owners and developers of the hand but the extent of those problems retreated after intervened and restricted land Dubai to determine service charges approval process through fees "RERA» exclusively. Earlier this year criticized the Executive Director of the Enterprise Architect Marwan bin ghalaita had delayed service territory and property Dubai, some developers who preferred outer building attention and decorated and designed urban neglecting important aspects of technical and construction within the building. He added that the next stage in the real estate market started early and require developers and management companies operating facilities and installations and maintenance of premises professionally-matched the successes of the Principality and meet the requirements of owners and the real estate market maturity. Initially revealed classified residential buildings and Office 3 categories (Platinum, gold and silver) and this process gives the impression of quality and price of services which are available to the building.

Pointing to provide better services to the diverse real estate facilities ensures the continuity of high-performance buildings and meets the aspirations of those landlords who are today more aware than before and their concerns are summarized in 3 demands are the quality and the speed and cost of real estate service for their estates. Bin ghalaita advised management companies should be ready to provide convincing answers to the owners for having left the old investment behavior centered on purchase and sale tomorrow today by a margin of profit. Today they ask for real estate developer and company administration services and whether the Association reserve funds account owners monitor and other matters relating to after-sales service. Bin ghalaita called consulting firms to cooperate with management companies since the very start of the design engineering of the project, which could result in geometric designs that contribute to the success or failure of maintenance work and services required for the continued building and increasing age and its market value.

Mohammed Khalifa bin Hamad, Director of the first real relations management in real estate regulatory agency said that the average reduction of prices of services in some areas reached 17%, due to restructuring charges and wise management of staffing associations and approved by rera to fees. The average price per square foot to calculate service charges amounted to AED 11.5 year compared to last year's 14. Pointing out that the number of owners associations licensed reached 291 Owners Association was adopted for service charges and credit 17 areas in these regions 541 certified enterprise project fees. And regions are supported (Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lakes towers, business Bay, Jumeirah, Jebel Ali, Dubai Silicon OASIS, downtown, Motor City, Emirates hills, kindergarten, ranches, discovery Garden, Arabic media production city, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Village Residence, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai sports city).

ILA and Dubai property said to establish the first TTC service price index by the end of this year with a view to establishing a fair value of service charges according to the classification of buildings 3 categories and depending on the number of its stories. Participates in the development of standards expected indicator owners associations and service providers from companies operating in the real estate market and licensed by rera. Its launch is expected in October. The Executive Director of the Enterprise Architect Marwan bin ghalaita said that access to the official index to determine the values of service charges to be met undermines dispute behind them capricious calculations of those fees to the opportunity provided by this kind of sophisticated index in educating the landlord how to protect their investment in the framework of its participation in maintaining common property under owners associations. But ghalaita said I'm that pilot services price index non-binding Foundation aims behind drafted and made available to expand the hard approach in increasing openness and transparency in real estate transactions with the aim of raising them to world-class performance.

The mound that popped up in the lake adjacent to Tiffany Tower Cluster W few weeks ago is now about 15% larger. They've started to dig in the lawn area half way between the mound and the newly completed pumping station. Any info about what's going on there?

No idea. There's a chance that something ruptured the lining of the lake, and sand is now pouring up.

Hello Guys,

I have an apartment in JLT which is rented. I have been informed by my bank that my rent cheques have bounced. My tenant hasn't been responding to my emails. To open my case with the authorites do I need to come to Dubai? Where is the local police station in JLT or Marina? What other documents do I need and how long does it take to recover rental income after reporting? All your suggestions/advise will be very much appreciated.
