New Agreements

I had a large 4 bedroom villa,3,300sq.ft, agreed price Aed 4.9m.
new agreement 2 bedroom apartment, 1,000 sq.ft, priced Aed 1.2.
No payment till 2012.

Don't know how they allocated this.

If i wish a larger unit, like a townhouse, i have to pay the difference from the Aed 1.2 to the townhouse price between now and 2012.

They give you 5 days to accept/refuse. will extend deadline if you request.

If you completely refuse you lose te 10% allready paid.

all in all, they are trying to help, but they don't give you many options.

I have no choice now......

July 2009
Sorouh web site update July 2009

The construction continues on-site and the enabling works are well underway. The important contract for enabling works was awarded to the respected Al Jaber Transport & General Contracting L.L.C. A construction heavyweight, Al Jaber is responsible for building many of the region’s major road networks but is most well perhaps best known for major earthmoving work and infrastructure development.

The building contract will be awarded by the end of the year. In addition to the fully operational site office, nine show villas have been completed on-site.

If you are interested in visiting the site to gain a first-hand glimpse of what life at alghadeer will be like, email us at alghadeer@sorouh.com to arrange an appointment.

seems like a strange location for an abu dhabi project but i guess because of the protected desert areas in abu dhabi thats the only place that can build it?
