Tengo una pregunta, un amigo mío tiene la idea del llevar una franquicia a Tunja y necesita saber cuales son los mejores sitios para montar este restaurante, Unicentro tiene buen flujo de gente cual otro?

Unicentro tiene buen flujo de gente pero no creo que encuentre locales disponibles ahí, también esta centro norte que se esta consolidando pero en si depende de que franquicia sea y pues sobre la avenida oriental antes de la glorieta han colocado buenos restaurantes y creo que les ha ido bien o sobre la misma avenida universitaria, saludos.

Por el Barrio Maldonado (Cl 28 con Cr 11) o Frente a Centro Norte (Cl 47 con Av. Norte) sería buen punto, bastante movimiento y cerca a sitios centrales y de gran actividad.

Si, depende de que franquicia, pero seria bueno por el lado del Barrio maldonado.

Aunque si ud encontrara un local disponible en Unicentro, se sabe que le va a ir bien, ya que el flujo de gente en especial los fines de semana es muy pero muy bueno.

unicentro o alrededores.....tambien un buen punto sería por el barrio maldonado, o si no por la avenida olimpica cerca al estadio en el barrio mesopotamia.
