#APPROVED: PALM TOWER, 26F, Res+Retail (MBZ City)
Al Odaid Real Estate has announced three new mixed use towers, adding new landmarks to the property market in Abu Dhabi.
For the first time on the Abu Dhabi Corniche, prestigious offices will be for sale at the futuristic Oryx Towers and the Falcon Tower. Al Odaid, the real estate arm of Al Ghaith Holding, also has the residential Palm Tower, located strategically in Abu Dhabi. “We aim to provide unique projects that suit the markets needs while offering flexible financing terms to our investors.” Said Al Odaid Real Estate CEO Mahmoud Al Shaibani. “We offer investors up to 90 per cent financing available in both conventional and Islamic methods.” The Falcon and Oryx Towers mark the first commercial towers to be available for investment on the prominent arterial road of the Corniche Abu Dhabi. With each individual tower encompassing a total area of 32,000 sq m, the buildings will feature a vast array of amenities including 8 high speed elevators, high end fixtures, 24-hour security and ample basement and podium parking spaces. The Palm Tower is set to become another Al Odaid achievement. Located in Desert Towers, the architectural master piece community developed by Al Qudra Real Estate, in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, the tower is a mere 15 minutes away from Abu Dhabi city center. The Palm will include 26 floors for residential use and will encompass several high end restaurants, shops and a hyper market, a fully equipped gymnasium and swimming pool – all offering unique contemporary living. “To ensure we meet the requirements of modern life in each of our projects and to fulfill our clients' needs we have deployed leading experts in the field of architecture, engineering, infrastructure and internal design to guarantee quality properties,” says Mahmoud Al Shaibani. “As a developer, Al Odaid Real Estate is focusing on providing different projects whilst ensuring transparency throughout all of our operations and deploying ethical business standards across all projects,” saidAl Shaibani. Al Odaid Real Estate will be displaying its projects at Dubai Cityscape. “We are looking forward to our first participation at Cityscape Dubai 2007,” says Al Shaibani. “Such high caliber events provide the optimum platform needed to engage with the investors and business leaders in the real estate field.” Al Odaid Real Estate will be showcasing its projects at stand number RJ20 located in Sheikh Rashid Al Maktoum Hall in Cityscape Dubai. Earlier this year, Al Odaid Real Estate announced the sales launch of the first commercial tower located on Danet Abu Dhabi, the Burj Al Jewn, set to be completed by December 2009. http://www.tradearabia.com/news/news...L&artid=131849 |

Nothing is happening on this site or it would appear on any site owned by Al Quadra at the moment. I recently contacted them for an update on the Danet development - some sub-developers there have made good progress - I got a response from their 'Director of Communications' - saying she wasnt allowed to tell me anything! Great job!

Al Qudra are essentially bankrupt. I live on Danet and none of the paths or carparking areas have been finished and the district cooling plant was either. Having spoken to people on site all the Al Qudra people have gone and the site office is fairly abandoned. The labors from the sub contractor doing works around the area left about a year ago as they didn't get paid so we have areas with carparks ground work finished but the surface not finished as they walked off mid job. The municipality needs to take over the roads and landscaping and tidy up the place as its a dump.
