So, let's talk a little about a little about the most populous neighborhoods of Dubai. Also mention what nationalities populate some of the most populous neighborhoods.

I see some people talk about how Dubai Marina and some other parts of Dubai are packed.

Well Dubai is getting busier by the day and rents are increasing again. This means that there is more demand, although this might be impacted if Abu Dhabi's plans to make all government employees live in AD and not commute from Dubai (Which is the case for thousands of people at the moment)
