Macy's warehouse and Northern end of Highline
Anybody know when Macy's warehouse was demolished and when the High line was rerouted along 34th street.
The warehouse may have been there up until the construction of the Plaza for Javits ![]() The Highline originally cut off 34th and 35th street, had to be moved for the Javits center, but was it moved earlier ? Pic' borrowed from. http://cs.trains.com/ctr/f/3/t/134464.aspx Macy's center of pic'.

Found out the line was rerouted in 1980, most likely the warehouse was pulled down shortly after.

it looks like an extra spur of Highline that is still there. it is around 29th street. it branches off the main line. I am not sure if this is the one, but...
