Homes Stand At Gateway To QC’s Best Places
by Manila Bulletin | Wednesday | January 23, 2013 | 7:22pm

SUNTRUST ASMARA

Trying to find one’s dream home in the busy suburbs can be like searching for the proverbial “needle in a haystack”. Homebuyers sometimes have to make many compromises between what they’re really looking for and what’s available in the market, especially if they are working on a budget.

Suntrust Properties Inc. responds to this need and brings another project that will capture the hearts of today’s modern families. A direct subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation, the company introduces its newest premier condominium development, Suntrust Asmara (meaning ‘love’ in Indonesian) which will soon rise at the heart of E. Rodriguez Avenue, Quezon City – just a few steps away from St. Luke’s Medical Center and right across from the Trinity University of Asia.

Homeowners will enjoy the conveniences of residing in a “gateway” to the best of what Quezon City has to offer. Its strategic location will enable residents to reach the various business districts easily, as well as nearby colleges and universities in both the Quezon City and Manila areas.

Unit owners can likewise experience the luxury of getting all the pampering and enjoyment in the nearby malls and commercial areas. Want to go on a food trip? Restaurants in the vicinity will serve the delicacies you crave for.

And if location is not enough reason to fall in love with this new condominium community, future residents will be enamored with the project’s Modern Asian themed design.

Suntrust Asmara’s sky gardens will highlight the “clean-and-green living” ambiance that many city slickers look for after a hectic day. This eco-friendly feature also promotes energy conservation by allowing natural light and fresh air to flow freely along the various units, thereby minimizing condo homes’ electricity costs.

Suntrust Asmara consists of three towers – Tower 1 with 31 floors, Tower 2 with 32 floors, and Tower 3 with 34 floors – and each building is characterized by a low-density structure. For instance, Tower 1 has only 16 units per floor. Moreover, Towers 1 and 2 are each equipped with three high-speed elevators, while Tower 3 has four interior-finished elevators.

Further adding to the project’s modern and luxury living experiences are the amenities which include a 20-meter lap pool, a kiddie pool, paved sunbathing deck, outdoor shower and changing rooms, children’s play area and daycare, Zen garden, function rooms, gazebos, multipurpose area and a jogging path.

With all these modern features and amenities and its prime location, prospective homebuyers may be led to think that the cost of owning a unit would also be sky-high. But true to the company’s brand of providing sophisticated yet affordable homes, Suntrust Asmara is offered at 40 percent less the cost of other properties in the area.

Buyers may own a studio unit for as low as P4,200 monthly amortization, while a three-bedroom unit can go for only P4.5 million to P5 million at flexible payment schemes.

Suntrust Properties provides strategically located and affordable subdivision communities to Filipino families in Laguna and Cavite since its inception in 1997. The company has also recently ventured into the vertical development industry with its condo home projects located in Quezon City – namely Suntrust Aurora Gardens in Aurora Blvd., Suntrust Capitol Plaza in Diliman, and Suntrust Shanata in Novaliches.

Other condominium developments are located at the heart of Manila – Suntrust Adriatico Gardens in Malate, Suntrust Parkview in Ermita, and Suntrust Treetop Villas in Mandaluyong.

It's not so much of a competition as Capital Towers cater more to the upper end of the market.
