Baltimore's Other Skyline

I havent seen any skyline of the Mid and High rises on the apartment superblock on the University Parkway and Charles Street intersection but I did take pics of those pretty impressive buildings

That is an area that's overlooked on this board. I can see that skyline expanding if some of the projects around JHU ever get off the ground.

That skyline was quite prominent on the horizon as viewed from Section 34 in the old days at Memorial Stadium. It was cool watching the sunset over those buildings during O's games.

That is indeed a nice stretch of buildings along Charles and University. I doubt that it will expand very much, however, because the neighborhood behind them is also a real gem and is fully occupied by people who love the area, defend it against changes and are generally affluent. Areas like that rarely get bulldozed.

You're right. It also appears that most buildings in this area may be under a height restriction. None are over 16 stories and honestly that makes sense. Why would Guilford or Tuscany want a perpetual shadow cast onto their houses?
