I've seen the skyline (specifically the Sears Tower) from Valparaiso, IN. There's one road here in Valpo that elevates just enough and on a clear enough day it's there. I've also seen the skyline from the beach in Ogden Dunes, but that's not a big deal.

Melbourne, Australia....but it has to be a clear day and I have to be atop our Eureka Tower and.......maybe a few beers : ) haaaaa
( I loved my short time in Chicago.......so I am there in my mind quite often......... )
