Any news on new towns other than the ones in Incheon? (i.e. Sejong city)

thank for visit our post. There are several newtown projects in Incheon city such as Geomdan, Nonhyeon.

What's the rationale behind all these new towns? They look great but Korea's population is widely predicted to decrease quite drastically in the future.
I see construction of new apartments everywhere here. Who's going to fill them all? I suggest Korea adopts a more liberal immigration policy or surely it will face a severe property crash. Last edited by Sister Ray; April 1st, 2012 at 06:38 AM. |
