Any news on new towns other than the ones in Incheon? (i.e. Sejong city)

What's the rationale behind all these new towns? They look great but Korea's population is widely predicted to decrease quite drastically in the future.

I see construction of new apartments everywhere here. Who's going to fill them all? I suggest Korea adopts a more liberal immigration policy or surely it will face a severe property crash.

and who r you to dictate what Korea should do? typical thing you losers superheros wannabes in asian countries try to do is trying to influence these countries while turning a blind eye your own problems (eg. racism, social problems etc). But go ahead do protests in front of the national assembly
maybe you'll get something: a cop will come out with a shield and split your skull from your mandible with the edge of it.

Overreaction aside, I agree. In a few years Seoul's going to be stuck with all these residences for nuclear families, but without nuclear families.

Fortunately Seoul's new mayor has put a stop to most New Town projects that haven't broken ground yet, ie haven't started evicting current residents.
