very nice masterplan ,especially the retail area with an artificial canal/river in the middle .similar cya sa The Venice in Fort Bonifacio.

i hope they do something to the nieghboorhood. right now it's hard to imagine a premiuim development there

In fairness mukang matitino naman yung mga bahay. hindi siya squatter... they're colorful!

I did my internship there for equine medicine.....and the place is a ghetto...horse stable with foreman, with 10-15 kids, feces everywhere.....seriously......I hope they went away with the racetrack but probably not....I hope they demolish all the neighboring stables into developments, but squatters are hard to get rid off
