Whatever the floor heights, it's been stated multiple times it will be the second tallest in the city, although that could very well be in terms of roof height or floor count, not factoring in the fin or the spire.

It's a mixed use tower so I don't think all the floors will have the same height. Since most of the floors will be hotel, I think it's reasonable to think it will only be 2nd tallest (as you may know, hotel floor ceilings aren't very high). Remember that the original tower had 65 stories and was 1,250 with the spire, but that was supposed to be all offices...

Ugh. I'm not good at trying to figure this out. I'll just assume it'll be 2nd tallest until an official source says otherwise.

the original two tower proposal was 45 stories tall and 750 ft and that tower was entirely occupied by hotel.

that is 16 feet per floor average height

That's only if you divide 750 by 45, but you have to take other things into consideration. The hotel had a large podium with tall floor heights. And then there's the parapet at the top that contributed to the height.
