These buildings have a lovely shape and looked great without the cladding. Now they look ok but have lost some of the sleek beauty they had.

Those buildings are nice, but doesn't half the building get no natural light? It must get really dark.

Abu Dhabi, 13 Dec. 2012 (WAM) - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan today opened the newly developed Al Bahr Towers, the headquarters of the Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC).
The new building is located at Al Salam Street-Al Saada Street intersection in Abu Dhabi and comprises two towers, one for ADIC and the other for Al Hilal Bank. Earlier this year, Al Bahar Towers won the Chicago-based Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat's (CTBUH) first Innovation Award (2012) for the project's computer-controlled sun-screen. Al Bahr Towers also featured among Time magazine's '25 top innovations of 2012'. |
