SkyscraperCity - Now running nginx!

I figured it was about time I drag myself into the 2010's, and switch from lighttpd--of which we've been running a development version and is updated very, very rarely--to nginx, which has increased in popularity the last couple years due to active development and a growing community.

If you notice anything that's not normal, please let me know in this thread.

Good I noticed I couldn't acces SCC with intervals of 10-15 mins yesterday. But maybe that was because of the switch
