As someone over on urbanplanet mentioned, the developer has made the concession and I-Drive will avoid the tackiness of other districts around town. There is no need for gigantic advertisement on what is already a "giant wheel". Really, it should speak for itself, like the London Eye.

it looks like this development is u/c. tractors on property moving dirt, etc.

^Dirt being moved is site prep. Concrete and steel going into the ground is U/C.

Either way, looking forward to this getting built!

yeah, me too. this tract has been vacant for too long; one big black hole in the middle of the corridor.
