Some critics call it the Bridge to Nowhere because it is seldom used.

This huge footbridge allows pedestrians to cross the extensive rail yards that bisect this little town. The 3 trusses span about 190 feet each. The bridge which was built in 1931 was very recently refurbished with modern lighting and access ramps.

The Joan Marchand Overlook, known locally as the Red Bridge in Evansville, Indiana. It carries the Pigeon Creek Greenway across Pigeon Creek, where the creek drains into the Ohio River.

Formerly the Ohio Street Bridge, built 1891.

(the trail ends on the bridge but whatever)

The Bridgeton Covered Bridge at Bridgeton, Indiana. The original bridge was built in 1868 but destroyed in a fire. This is the new bridge. It crosses the Big Raccoon Creek.

That,s a great foot bridges..but i like The old footbridges of Hill crest and Banker's Mountain give these communities a exclusive and unique character,Of all the footbridges discovered in Banker's Mountain, the Brighten Road link is by far the most exclusive and the best.
