Adv says about Hotel Apartment and Shopping Mall in the project.

I am not so sure.... But heard from a friend who was along with me, while watching the movie- Spirit, that the house and colony shown in the movie as Mohanlal's residence is Shwas Aquacity.....

Can anybody who have seen the movie, confirm this, if they have seen the project? If so, the project looks world class......

That might be true as i noted hi-rise construction behind those villas in the movie, similar to what we see in the render. No assurance though.

Miserable plight of owners/occupants of flats of Shwas Home builders who seldom advertise their projects even in print or visual media due to the reasons best known to them only. Providing ample proof in this regard

Shwas flat promoters and goons brutally assault occupants of Mystic flat complex. Local people allege that it is a den of immoral trafficking which is purportedly carrying on the illicit activities with impunity as the police are hand in glove with the flat promoters and immoral traffickers.
