Initially this was supposed to be a 64 storey project and which was later amended to 72 floors. I have not seen any official confirmation saying that they plan to build upto 80 floors !!

IU seems to have disappeared for a while. I miss when he digs out great projects for us.

Thanks for the updates Savz !!

It has been one year since ground breaking. Does piling work take so long? Still lot of work before they even reach ground level.

From what I heard was that the Piling Contractors have completed their job and now the builder is preparing to hand over site to the Main Civil Contractors (BROOKFIELD MULTIPLEX AND GAMMON INDIA) in next few days. Gammon is already building staff canteens on the plot.

The render does not look 80 floors.

Thanks for the interesting updates.

This will be higher than Palais Royale & second tallest after Lodha Place (excluding India Tower) if @ 80 floors.
I think you are forgetting that Namster tower, DB turf view, Orchid Crown, Minerva, Oberoi Oasis, etc. are still going to be taller than Nathani Heights. Am I right or do I miss thing here ?

I think it's super-expensive for the kind of area in which it is being built and for the kind of tower that is being built, at that rate I could go to the Viveria towers at Mahalaxmi (for immediate possession).

Prices at Nathani Heights have been further revised upwards last month.

Viveria is an excellent property, but prices there are in the range of Rs 37-40,000+ And also at these prices there is hardly any availability there.
