Sadly it is true... Celeste towers in noida are already taller than civic centre but that is still U/C.

Yes they are on hold now but celeste tower is the one that is likely to beat civic center sooner than any tower (T/O) OR i may be wrong here considering the pace of other tall towers in NCR.
