Regarding the new NEWS rules/guidelines...

the new NEWS posting guidelines, like being forbidden to post the entire article, etc... are the supposed to be enforced in ALL forums?

Ive noticed some subforums here at SSC do not enforce these rules. In some of them, the mods allow ALL news to be posted in their entirety...

Yes, the news posting guidelines announcements are in every main and sub forums throughout the entire SSC. You can PM the admins if you find any sections are not enforcing this rule.

I want to reinforce the fact that after 1 year, SSC Brazil still does not enforce the global forum rules of SSC regarding the posting of news articles.


As a matter of fact, SSC Brasil moderators ENFORCE the posting of articles at their entirety.

Well, every country must have its own copy right regulation then. Don't fight over this with your local mods.

Well, if you say... thats why I asked about the rules being applied universaly all over SSC or each forum being able to apply different rules.

That's strange that you want reinforce something on other people. What is your motivation ?

1 - The fact this thread could have gone unnoticed by the global moderators?

2 - The fact SSC can be sued because of an article posted in its entirety at the brazilian forums?



Btw, Jan already PMed me. He thanks me for bringing this matter to attention and said he would look into the issue.
